Roadmap Consultation

Helm Management Partners, LLC offers an analysis and roadmap consultation before engagement. We want to help you get time back in your day through streamlined and compliant processes and procedures. Before you engage with us, we want you to see that light at the end of the tunnel and to fully understand how we can make your life easier. What does this analysis and roadmap look like?

  • We talk with key stakeholders (generally, the person administering HR, key leadership, and other applicable stakeholders). We want to know:
    • About your business and your role there
    • What challenges do you face?
    • What are your priorities?
    • Do priorities differ between stakeholders?
    • What are your short- and long-term goals?
  • You’ll receive a report and/or presentation that details the top solutions that will make the greatest impact for you and your team.
    • We’ll outline what is entailed with these initiatives, as well as provide a timeline for implementation.


Per Project

Sometimes, the biggest relief comes from handing off projects as they arise. After initial discussions to establish scope, goals, and expectation, we will execute on your key initiatives. Through regular communication, you will always know where things stand, and have assurance that our established timelines are being met. This is best for those who aren’t quite ready to hire a full time HR Business Partner or HR Director, but that knowledge base is needed for smooth sailing. The bank of hours package allows you to tap into a high-level HR resource as needed, while freeing up your day to focus on your key responsibilities. In addition to projects under our “Per Project Packages,” this package will also include, but is not limited to:

  • Leadership/manager development and coaching
  • Provide a resource to lead/guide succession planning
  • Navigate people relation issues or concerns
